ROLE Model 2024: Charity Gala Dinner

Join what will be a sensational fundraising event supporting both marginalised women and environmental initiatives here in Bali, organised by the ROLE Foundation. On Sunday, 1 December 2024, ROLE Model 2024 will take place in the grandeur of The Apurva Kempinski Bali’s Candi Ballroom, celebrating the island’s change makers.

The ROLE Foundation (Rivers, Oceans, Land and Ecology) works with local communities and public-private organisations to improve Bali’s environment through awareness and practical education. At the heart of this is their ZEROWaste Center in Nusa Dua, a learning hub of sustainable and community programmes. The foundation also runs a highly-successful program called Bali WISE (Women of Indonesia Skills and Education), which provides life-changing training and employment benefits for young marginalised women. The ROLE model 2024 Charity Gala Dinner will be raising funds for these exceptional programs run by the foundation.

Being held at one Bali’s most prestigious resorts, The Apurva Kempinski Bali, gala dinner guests can expect a sensational evening of excellent dining and entertainment, set to be a coming-together of the island’s local leaders, philanthropists, and eco-conscious businesses. The highlight of the evening will be the Role Model Awards, which honours key individuals who have significantly contributed to empowering women and fostering community development. These individuals are recognised and nominated by the community.
