With nine private cocoons overlooking the Ayung River, diners will enjoy fine Mediterranean-European cuisine, with the option to enjoy either a sophisticated a-la-carte options or specially tailored degustation menus.
An extensive list of European wines is available to compliment the restaurant’s signature dishes such as “Foie Gras Wafer” (with lemon, rhubarb, hazelnuts), “Alaskan Scallops” (with Jerusalem artichoke, black radish, kaffir lime jus), and “Dutch Milk Fed Veal” (with “Macarie” potato, eggplants, liquorice jus).
