And now, embracing the local flavours and local produce, Bali’s leading entertainment name has come up with a number of new, innovative cocktails to help ease up the heat of the Bali sun.
Among the new items on the beach club’s drinks menu is “The Bali Boat” which is made from a mix of Caribbean light rum, strawberry infused Bali Arak, bar-made rosella syrup, coconut juice and citrus.
