The à la carte brunch will be a celebration of both local and international cuisines, with freshly-prepared dishes ranging from Chinese dumplings to Spanish-style gazpacho. There will also be a ‘rindik’ performance. These instruments, made of bamboo, produce a delicate sound that conjures images of a traditional Bali.
