Continuing the new tradition of Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach’s Salon Bali, 22 March will see a special culinary collaboration with Seminyak’s renowned Bikini Restaurant Bali, which is slated to be the most interactive Purnama Dinner yet. This culinary collaboration is truly a special one as it pays homage to the biggest Purnama celebration by the Balinese Hindu known as Purnama Kedasa, or the tenth full moon.

Three is truly a party with this special Purnama Kedasa Dinner, where Indigo’s Executive Chef Nic Philip will collaborate with Bikini’s Culinary Director Chef Jethro Vincent and Group Executive Chef Braden White. The dinner itself will serve an extensive 18-course menu combining Salon Bali’s signature Bali-inspired flavours with Bikini’s quirky attitude towards a dining experience. A little sneak peek into the dinner, for the first course—called “Close your eyes and open your mouth”—diners will be asked to do just that and the Chefs themselves will spoon feed a delicious treat to kick off the dinner. IDR 750,000++ per person.
