To enhance dining experiences, Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay has reopened its main restaurant with a new live cooking concept by a brigade of speciality chefs. In order to keep the character of the resort’s iconic village-style architecture, Taman Wantilan emerges from an extensive renovation with chic residential-style interiors, an ocean-view terrace, two show kitchens in the centre of the dining room, and a custom-designed, temperature-controlled Dessert Room. At the Asian station, guests can savour Balinese cuisine as well as regional fare from Malaysia to Thailand. Go to the sashimi and seafood bar for seafood teppanyaki fresh from the Jimbaran Fish Market and Singaporean chilli crab. You can also heat up your taste buds with authentic Indian dishes, favourite pasta, crusted prime ribeye and lamb rack. A vegan corner is available at the wellness station with ‘shaker salads’. To complete your culinary journey at Taman Wantilan, the Dessert Room presents a myriad of Petit Gateaux, home-made gelato bar with dozens of toppings and fresh-made crepes. Serving international buffet breakfast daily 6.30-11am and dinner 6-10pm, this restaurant expands the resort’s culinary offerings.
