The uncomplicated Indonesian twist masters the preparation of richly satisfying international dishes; and this to me is some of the most sumptuous and exotic blends of the finest fusion cuisine.

Mozaic’s menu may shock the more strict traditionalists, but for many, including myself, the dishes at the restaurant are a scrumptious explosion of interesting flavors. The uncomplicated Indonesian twist masters the preparation of richly satisfying international dishes; and this to me is some of the most sumptuous and exotic blends of the finest fusion cuisine.

There are several items that I personally love from the restaurant

s menu, with Poached Boston Lobster (Radish purée, ginger flower, char grilled watermelon, sturgeon caviar) being my number one favorite. The degustation menu is carefully and skillfully prepared to deliver finesse to your table. Mozaicss ever-changing menu consists of à la minute creations which evolve, disappear and return in accordance with market availability.

Also not to be missed is the restaurant’s “Surprise Menu”.  The chef will prepare six surprise dishes composed of only the items you like from the finest, rarest and most precious ingredients found in the world such as caviar, foie gras, truffles, baby lamb, and many more. This menu is Mozaic’s signature culinary feast and has led to the restaurant’s kitchen team to be awarded mentions and accolades.

As a dining institution, Mozaic has enjoyed international praise for its outstanding, innovative French cuisine laced with Indonesian flavors  – Mozaic is the only restaurant in Southeast Asia selected by Traditions & Qualité as one of Les Grandes Tables du Monde (Great Tables of the World) and to have its wine list awarded year after year by Wine Spectator.!
