To mark the company’s 70th anniversary, the Food & Beverage Director of Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Eu-rope have unveiled a menu of seven remarkable dishes that marry the old with the new – popular classics and guest favourites reimagined for the modern palate, inspired by cuisines and gastronomy trends from around the world. Available in restaurants at all Mövenpick properties globally from the 10th of March to 20th of April 2018, the menu includes Scallops & avocado tartare, salade belle fermière, mille feuille saumon & caviar d’olive, mushrooms and vegetables Zurich style, seafood Casimir, bare beef burger Café de Paris, and carrot waffle.
