Griya Santrian in the laid-back village of Sanur proudly presents Mostly Jazz, hosted by acclaimed Indonesian musician, Indra Lesmana. Jazz lovers would not want to miss this event! This exciting bi-weekly event brings some of the nation’s best musical talents to Bali for a collaborative performance at the resort’s Beach Club.
Happy hour starts at 5pm with DJ Martin Denev spinning chill-out tunes to set the mood. Indra Lesmana and his band take to the stage at 7pm together with a guest performer for an evening of uplifting music followed by a more relaxed jam session at 8.30pm.
Guest performers for June include jazz vocalist Tompi on 7th June and a very talented singer-songwriter Sandhy Sondoro on 21st June. They are both highly-respected artists in Indonesia’s music industry and are expected to delight audiences in Bali. If you have never heard of Sandy Sandhoro, he is best known for winning the 2009 International Contest of Young Pop Singer New Wave, in Jūrmala, Latvia.
