Kemiri by COMO Uma Ubud Launches Dinner Service

COMO Uma Ubud announces exciting news on their Kemiri Restaurant. The charming and chic restaurant has finally launched a new dinner service that offers an eclectic selection of Indonesian and Balinese cuisine.

Located within the premises of COMO Uma Ubud is the Kemiri Restaurant, enclosed within the lush green jungles of Ubud. Kemiri, which translates to ‘candlenut’ in Indonesian, was designed by Japanese architect Koichiro Ikebuchi and features an open-air space, a waterfall-fed pond and alang-alang roofing. The restaurant can house up to 70 people, not to mention an exclusive private dining bale for six.

After previously serving only for breakfast and special events, Kemiri now offers a brand new dinner menu that is personally crafted in collaboration between Executive Chef Dewa Artana and Head Chef of COMO Hotels, Daniel Moran. Using locally sourced spices and ingredients, the Indonesian menu offers signature dishes such as Grilled Pomelo Salad, Wok-Fried Beef and Green Tea Panna cotta.

Adding more to the excitement, Kemiri has also announced the Wednesday Balinese Experience, an exclusive dinner service every Wednesday evening. The weekly dinner program will serve a rich array of tantalising Balinese-inspired dishes such as Smoked Duck, Wok-Fried Squid and Sweet Cassava Cakes. Delight in the divine dishes and enjoy a traditional dance performance with the beautiful natural surroundings.

Kemiri Restaurant’s dinner service opens daily from 6:00pm to 10:30pm. Indulge in the two-course Wednesday Balinese Experience for IDR 310,000 or elevate your dining experience with wine-pairing for an additional IDR 180,000.
