Serving up raw food creations that are as locally grown and as organic as possible, Living Food Lab is a casual café and teaching kitchen with a mission to promote healthy menus in advocating conscious or mindful eating. For them, it is not simply about feeding people, but more about nourishing food-loving people with people-loving food. The reason why they call it ‘Lab’ is because they explore and experiment with nature’s bounties to constantly find ways to bring out the best qualities in all of them. They introduced dehydrated foods at the café, dedicated for the newly-converted vegans to transition into their new diet. Starting the café at the Green School, Living Food Lab has opened a multi-concept space in their second café in Berawa to nurture various aspects of ourselves: work, play, eat and drink.
