For three evenings only, two Michelin-Star Chef Nagaya from WA Theater Restaurant Hong Kong, will be bringing his unique take on Japanese cuisine to the cliffs of Uluwatu at Ju-Ma-Na Restaurant.
From 9-11 November 2018, Chef Hideaki Nagaya will present his “Momentary Winter Wind” dining experience, a sequenced dinner broken down into 5 parts. Chef Nagaya was born in Japan and with his love for food, pursued a flourishing career in numerous Michelin-starred Japanese restaurants based in Japan and France. He was swiftly promoted to Head Chef at two Michelin-starred L’Effervescence which serves Japanese-influenced French food and was voted the 12th best restaurant in Asia. He also did tenure at the world renowned Narisawa restaurant, which was ranked #1 on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List in 2018, consistently ranking top 20 in the world.
Now the Executive Chef at WA Theater Restaurant in Hong Kong he brings a brand very own concepts to the table. He aims to “rethink the tradition of Japan’s good climate, people, farmers, food and ingredients”.
This November, Bali gourmands will be fortunate enough to savour Chef Nagaya’s Japanese dinner experience at the stunning Ju-Ma-Na Restaurant. Located in the Banyan Tree Ungasan, peaking over the magnificent southern cliffs of Bali famous for its Indian Ocean views, this exquisitely presented restaurant will certainly be an appropriate host.
Open to all, the set dinner will take place from 18.30 – 22.30, 9-11 November 2018.
Dinner is priced at IDR 1,300,000++/ person for 3 courses, or IDR 1,875,000++/person for 5 courses.
