Indulge in an epicurean dining experience this April as The St. Regis Bali Resort presents an extraordinary Four-Hand Dinner on 11-12 April 2020 at its award-winning signature Kayuputi Restaurant.

During the upcoming Four-Hand Dinner, Kayuputi Restaurant will be the playground of Michelin-starred Chef Diego Munõz, renowned as one of the most talented and innovative chefs in the world. Witness as he joins forces with The St. Regis Bali Resort’s Executive Chef Agung Gede in a collaborative effort to present an intricate fusion of flavours through a series of signature dishes consisting of a 4-course and 6-course degustation menu.

In 1998, Diego Munõz began his culinary career when he was accepted to the esteemed Le Cordon Bleu in Canada and Paris. During his time at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, he was rewarded “Le Grande Diplôme”, the first prize in culinary arts and pastry. After he completed his culinary studies, he worked at Mugaritz and El Bulli, before he globetrotted to Australia, where he revolutionised the kitchen at Bilson’s.

The Balinese-native Chef Agung Gede has taken on the role of Executive Chef at The St. Regis Bali Resort since its inception in 2008. Kayuputi Restaurant has managed to achieve its status as a pillar of fine dining in Bali under his helm. He’s received multiple prestigious awards throughout the years and was honoured with the title of “Chef of the Year” from Bali’s Best Eats. Moreover, he represented Indonesia in the “World Chef Battlefield 2019” competition, where he and his team took home the title of “Champion of the Masters.”

The 4-course dinner is priced at IDR 1,688,000nett/person including a glass of sparkling wine or IDR 3,188,000nett/person with wine pairing. The 6-course dinner is priced at IDR 1,888,000nett/person including a glass of sparkling wine or IDR 3,688,000nett/person with wine pairing.

The Four-Hand Dinner collaboration with Chef Diego Munõz and Chef Agung Gede will take place on 11-12 April 2020 at Kayuputi Restaurant – The St. Regis Bali Resort from 6.30pm onwards.
