Under the “East Javanese poultry menu” is Nasi bebek Madura” twice cook duck with sambal mangga and Balinese organic rice (should be eaten with your hands) along with other items that really showcase Sarong’s passion for great food. For meat, the 8-hour slow braised shredded beef with kluwek beansprout and salted duck egg is a real favourite.
