For instance, the Tugu’s extravagant Imperial China Royal Dinner that is served in the hotel’s Bale Sutra, a red room with large black and white paintings and houses a 305-year-old Kang Xi period temple that was almost demolished in Java.
Whether you are two or fourty-two, you will be seated on an antique long dining table with 18th century gold thread embroidered Chinese silk in the private temple, illuminated by rows of red candles, with the tunes of the ‘mang khim’ (an ancient Chinese musical instrument) playing in the background. Following the overwhelming success of Prego, the Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali launched two new dining venues just in time for the holiday summer season, aiming to elevate wining and dining experiences at the resort. Bringing a signature to the Westin brand to Bali, Seasonal Tastes promises to satisfy appetites with an open kitchen concept that incorporates live cooking stations and a juice bar to support an interactive food display.
With a distinct focus on quality and flavour, the menu is driven by the availability of fresh ingredients. Specialty dishes from around the world that incorporate SuperFoodsRX can also be enjoyed from a carefully labeled selection during breakfast and there’s an abundance of salads as well as gluten-free items for lunch or dinner.
Meanwhile, Velada Tapas Bar & Kitchen provides a vibrant Jazz entertainment and dining experience where diners can savour drinks and authentic bites. Bartenders are on hand serving up signature margaritas and refreshing fruit-infused sangrias to get the party started.

Starting this month on the 6th, the Sayan House presents a Sunday Brunch featuring a prix fixe menu created by Chef Yuki Tagami, featuring contemporary Asian fusion dishes and finely crafted cocktails. Whether it’s a family outing, an opportunity for friends to catch up, or a pleasant start to a lazy weekend day, The Sayan House Sunday Brunch is a meal for relaxation and good company.
To start off, you can enjoy a range of distinctive flavours of eight to nine finger foods and some brunch favourites for main like pancakes and Spanish omelette. To finish off, the Ubud restaurant has a great selection of desserts including its signatures plus special homemade ice cream.
What’s more, a ‘kids play area’ is set up for children to help make this dining experience a fun family activity for all. Children can be entertained with a sand box, toys and crayons.
