This 20 January 2018, join a special Scottish tradition celebrating their national poet, Robert Burns, in this Bali Robert Burns Charity Dinner.
Traditionally called ‘Burns Suppers’, every 25th January in Scotland, patrons would gather together to remember the poet who is internationally famous for writing the New Years song “Auld Lang Syne”. Events are filled with true Scottish traditions, such as eating haggis, drinking whisky, Scottish bag pipers and dancers and most importantly recitals of Robert Burns’ most famous poems – these are a must.
Celebrated around the world by Scottish communities, Bali is now lucky enough to have a Burns Supper of its own! On Saturday, 20 January, in the Garden of Biosystems Group in Sanur, join in a formal Charity Dinner supporting Puspadi Bali.
The event will feature all the very same merriments as a usual Burns Supper, with haggis, dancers, pipers, a band, toasts, poem recitals and of course whisky – 12yo Speyside single malts will be on each table. There will be an open bar with imported Australian wines and premium spirits. As this is a charity event there will be fantastic Lucky Draw Prizes and a Charity Auction.
Limited Tickets, Rp. 1,400,000 per person. Dinner starts at 7pm, doors open 6.30pm.
