Currently making a buzz on the island is the newly-launched Saturday Brunch at Waterfall Restaurant, Ayodya Resort Bali. However, the resorts houses more than one restaurant, one of which is Lagoona, which has begun attracting more culinary enthusiasts on the island. A particular favourite on the menu there is the Bali Bouillabaise, a succulent seafood stew, enriched with aromatic spices, herbs and the unique touch of the Balinese ‘bumbu kuning’ flavours.
Feasting on this dish within the resort’s grand Balinese surroundings and décor makes for a truly Balinese dining experience. Lagoona also offers a range of other favourites, from steaks to seafood dishes, and is open for lunch and dinner.
