Experience a truly authentic Japanese culinary experience at KO Restaurant, Teppanyaki & Cocktail Lounge as they bring you Teppanyaki masters, Chef Noriaki Sudo on Tuesday, 28 May 2019, and Chef Hiroyuki Kinjo on Wednesday, 12 June 2019, all the way from Ishikaga, Japan.

Award-wining Japanese restaurant, KO Restaurant, Teppanyaki & Cocktail Lounge, is the signature dining venue at the luxurious InterContinental Bali Resort. The restaurant has long been a popular destination for its authentic and contemporary Japanese cuisine. Open for dinner only, KO Restaurant presents three dining concepts in the form of Teppanyaki counters, dining area, and a cocktail lounge that can be accessed by open-air walkways enclosed with enchanting Japanese gardens.

Chef Sudo and Chef Kinjo, both hailing from Ishigaki, Okinawa Prefecture, a place known for its finest quality of beef, will demonstrate their exceptional culinary prowess in exploring the true Teppanyaki cooking technique.

The Teppanyaki dinner guarantees an interactive experience to diners, where the chefs will cook grilled Japanese delicacies at two sit-up Teppanyaki counters, entertained by the theatrical culinary flair on an open grill right in front of you. The main dining area boasts a relaxed yet elegant dining room, the ideal place to delight in the freshest sushi, sashimi, tempura, and an array of Japanese salads, meats, fish dishes, and other specialties. The cocktail lounge  is a calming spot with chilled-out tunes, perfect for pre or post-dinner drinks. A place to satiate in an eclectic selection of Sake-based cocktails, and hot and cold Sakes, along with an array of premier Japanese beers. Guests may also dine in the cocktail lounge or outdoors in a romantic Japanese-style garden terrace.

Indulge in an authentic Japanese culinary journey for only IDR 750,000++ per person.

KO also stocks an outstanding range of sakes, such as Hakutsuru Junmai Ginjo, for those looking to indulge a little further in their Japanese experiences.
