VIRTÙ Bar Takeover at TELU Bar Bali

Since its establishment, TELU Bar Bali at the Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay has continually delivered exceptional experiences to cocktail connoisseurs across the island. On Saturday, 28 October 2024, the innovative community-focused and zero-waste cocktail bar is hosting an exciting event for one night only as they welcome mixology maestros from VIRTÙ at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi.

Ranked #11 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024, VIRTÙ is a gleaming art-décor bar led by Keith Motsi. The exclusive bar takeover at TELU will see Keith Motsi and Sangwoon Jo behind the bars from 6pm to 11pm to craft exquisite cocktails that will please even the most discerning guests. They will be joined by TELU’s head bartender, Jan Jurecka, who will be concocting sustainable zero-waste cocktails along with TELU’s signature bar bites.

Paying tribute to the art of drinking, Keith will showcase his fusion of modern Japanese ingredients and techniques with classic French flavours. Bringing his skills to TELU, Keith will serve up his signature cocktails and showcase how cocktails can serve as ambassadors for sustainability.

Priced at IDR 220,000++ per cocktail, the drink list includes Takara (Johnnie Walker Blonde, Yellow Chartreuse, Rosso Vermouth, Denki Bran, Orange Bitter), Yuzu Nagi (Tanqueray 10, Cognac, Yuzus, Japanese Yuzu Bitter), Hibiscus Fizz (Hibiscus Don Julio, Tanqueray, Vermouth, Soda), and Something Pink (Ketel One Vodka, Cherry Blossom, Yuzu Extract, Egg White, Bitter Tonic).

Proceeds from cocktail sales during the bar takeover will support the Bali Children Project, further highlighting TELU’s commitment to supporting Bali’s younger generation in escaping poverty through education.
