With almost 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and supported by an energetic and dynamic team, Phil J Reid will be entrusted with the task of taking this beautiful hotel to the very pinnacle of Bali hotels.

Phil has immense experience in the hospitality industry and in various countries around the world. After completing a Bachelor of Business (BBus) Degree at the Victoria University of Melbourne specializing in Hotel Management and Psychology, Phil began his career in 1996 at The Savoy Hotel, London which exposed him to a truly great culture of quality and service.
This experience confirmed his vocational desire to cement his career in this industry and eventually guided him to join accorhotels which has proved a successful relationship for more than 10 years.
Phil was able to develop his skills at numerous Accor properties such as Sofitel Madrid Airport, Pullman Madrid and Novotel Madrid, Spain. He also has an in-depth understanding of diverse cultures and particularly how the business operates in Indonesia thanks to his experience managing ibis Jakarta Slipi for several years. During his position as General Manager at ibis Jakarta Slipi, Phil managed to maximize hotel revenues whilst driving overall performance, quality and upgrading hotel facilities.
