Every night at Cocoon guests can savour a special wine pairing menu that includes fine culinary creations like House Smoked Tasmanian Salmon paired with NV Domain Chandon Brut, or Dry Aged Angus Dried Fillet, paired with 2007 Ashbrook Cabernet Merlot, to name a few.  Then end the evening on a high note with delectable treats like 61% Dark Chocolate Fondant paired with 2009 Artemisa Late Harvest, among others.
