The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali is delighted to welcome Executive Chef, Manoj Rawat, to lead its culinary team. He comes direct from Novotel Langley Perth in Western Australia where he was responsible for Food & Beverage services at several respected dining outlets.
Chef Manoj has now arrived on the island to assume responsibility for several Food & Beverage dining venues at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali.
This includes beachfront Ikan Restaurant & Bar, Prego the fun Italian restaurant, Kites Bar & Lounge, By The Water, the newly launched Seasonal Tastes and Velada Tapas Bar & Kitchen as well as the recently relaunched Hamabe Japanese Restaurant.
Impressed by the culinary team that he has inherited, Chef Manoj is looking forward to introducing a lot more creative and healthy offerings that complement Westin’s wellness concept.
