A new wining and dining venue, Urchin Grill & Raw Bar, offers a modern Australian style of seafood and more! An entire menu at the “Raw Bar” and a large part of the entrees in the main dining room are devoted to raw dishes, including “Coral Trout Carpaccio with Fennel Pollen, Dill Oil and Broccoli,” “Tuna Tartare with Soy, Mirin, Caviar and Enoki Mushrooms,” “House Cured Salmon Pastrami” and “Cones of Hamichi”.

Main courses include the likes of “Crispy Barramundi, Braised Romaine and Mushroom Consommé,” “Bread crusted Mahi Mahi with Roasted Almonds,” and the surprise… a mouthwatering “Fillet of Beef with Caramelized Onion and Mulled Wine Jus” – for those not partial to the oceanic menu. Service is professional and personalized but fun. The wine list is concise with emphasis on light whites and champagne, and why not?!
