Enjoy an exquisite Wednesday night at Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach with the newly launched Tokyo Night – A Japanese Buffet Dinner at Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach.
Tokyo Night, held at the hotel’s Granda Benoa Resto, features an exquisite spread of traditional Japanese delights and recipes. In Japan, freshness of the food and the ingredients are a top priority, and this same tradition continues at Tokyo Night. To ensure the freshness of each dish, everything is hand-prepared and most of the dishes will be cooked at live stations as you choose them.
All of your Japanese favourites are on offer here, including sushi, sashimi and tempura. Adding to that are the robatayaki (Japanese barbecue), udon noodles and teriyaki. Chef Katsumi Goda, the creator of Tokyo Night, recently joined the culinary team at Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach, rejoining the Nikko brand from the famed Benkay Restaurant at Grand Nikko Bali.
Available weekly, the dinner is hosted at Grand Benoa Resto from 19:00 to 22:00. The dinner is open for public and available at an affordable price of IDR 398,000 nett per person. Children between 6 to 12 years old will receive 50% off the price, and toddler aged 5 and below can dine for free for each paying adult.
The Japanese experiences don’t end there however. You’re invited to join an authentic Japanese tea ceremony and origami making sessions, guided personally by Chef Goda who is a certified Tea Master.The session will be held at Samudera Lounge every Tuesday at 19:00 and available at IDR 50,000 nett per person.
