Banyan Tree Ungasan presents “Thai Delights” this coming October 4 -11 at the resort’s BAMBU restaurant with a visiting Thai guest chef from Banyan Tree Koh Samui, Thailand. Chef Sitanan Ladsa-Nga’s professional culinary repertoire extends to leading luxury hotels in Thailand. This talented chef has achieved several awards for her culinary skills. Chef Sitanan is also recognised as an expert in Thai desserts and fruit carving.

À la carte and special set menus that include appetizers, side dishes, main courses and desserts will showcase Chef Sitanan’s signature dishes such as Gai Hor Bai Toey (Crisp fried Chicken Wrapped in Pandanus Leaf, Tamarind-Sesame Dip), Tom Kha Hoi Shell (Coconut Galangal Cappuccino, Grilled Sea Scallop, Straw Mushroom), Pla Hima Nueng Manao (Steamed Snow Fish Fillet, Chili Lime Dressing), and Khao Neaw Mamuang (Thai Mango Sticky Rice, Coconut Cream).
