The sultry Sundara beach-club and restaurant is presenting a scrumptious week Thai cuisine in collaboration with celebrated Thai-Australian chef, television host and author Marion Grasby. The former MasterChef Australia contestant – whose shock exit from the show made front page news across the country – will showcase her passion for the distinctive flavours, aromas and textures of classic Thai street food as she works in Sundara’s open kitchen, alongside Executive Chef Pasquo King and Chef de Cuisine Liam Nealon.
From April 12 -16, Grasby’s daily menus will offer a selection of her most popular Thai dishes that are plated on a 3-course set lunch:(IDR 295,000++/person) and a 4-course set dinner (IDR 550,000++/person). On April 15 Grasby will lead a Thai Cooking Class at Jimbaran Bay Cooking Academy using her “Marion’s Kitchen” food range (cooking class + lunch IDR 900,000++/person), while on the 16th the not-to-be-missed Chef’s Table 4-course Set Dinner dinner with Grasby, Nealon and King is ready to impress (IDR 900,000++/person, including a glass of champagne).
