Apart from the magnificent tropical twilight view from its modern-minimalist restaurant, Alila Seminyak’s excellent culinary team under Executive Chef Stefan Zijta, is trained to craft a journey in each dish that they create. This dinner will take you on a sparkling journey of epicurean elegance and finesse.
It will be a five-course set menu, with each dish paired with the tantalizing Taittinger Champagnes. Each will compliment the meal like a match made in heaven, soulmate. Think thinly sliced scallops, paired with a Taittinger Reims Reserve Brut Nv; or a velvety foie gras terrine laced with a Taittinger Nocturn Sec Nv in the palate.
Only 40 seats available for this very special dinner as Alila Seminyak and Taittinger aim to craft an intimate yet memorable moment. At IDR925.000++ per head, the dinner includes all the magic that a Champagne dinner can give: magic that turns troubles into bubbles!
