 From the sea, a zesty Garlic & Chili Prawns starter; the newest pasta favourite is the Meatball Parpadelle, garnished in a fiery ‘nduja tomato sauce with herby breadcrums to spread atop; the meat-lovers will be after the 30-Day Matured Prime Sirloin, grilled with wild mushrooms, balsamic onions, gremolata with funky chips, or perhaps an individual meat plank with a selection of prime cold cuts to enjoy. With a range of new healthy juices, a new selection of New Zealand wines and also a new twist on an old dessert, there’s many new flavours to discover at Jamie’s Italian.
