An exciting culinary journey awaits at Mulia Bali throughout this month. From the resort’s signature Mediterranean and Pan-Asian restaurant, Soleil, to the Oriental tastes of Cantonese and Szechuan at Table8 or an International Gastronomic experience at The Cafe, plus an abundant of additional choices, this June is filled with all things delicious at the Mulia.
This month at Table8, the resort’s culinary team presents succulent beef ribs cooked with Mulia’s signature recipes. Among the must try menu items are the Grilled Beef Rib Skewers in Hot Plate and Pan Seared Beef Rib Hong Kong Style. The resort’s Sky Bar celebrates the street food of Vietnam this month, with the balance between fresh herbs, meats and a selective use of spices to reach a fine taste. This month’s must-try is the Banh Trang Nuong or the Muc Chien La Chanh. At Edogin, the seasonal must-try menu features delightful dishes such as the Abalone and Squid with Mentaiko or Thin Sliced Snapper and Mentaiko with Braised Konbu. Yellowfin tuna is on the spotlight at the resort’s Soleil. In June, Soleil features menus that are inspired by this fish such as the signature Aguachile or the Escabeche, among other equally impressive menu selections.
