Sawah Terrace at Mandapa has recently launched a new menu. Under the helm of the resort’s Executive Chef Maurizio Bombini, the all-day-dining restaurant has slowly shifted from serving International cuisine to a more focused cuisine type featuring flavours of Indonesia and Asia.
Inspired by the abundance of fresh local ingredients, the new menu features Soto Udang Galah Pesmol, Signature ‘Sawah’ Rujak Udang, “Dabu–Dabu” Ceviche, Manado Crayfish, Black Angus Tenderloin with Rendang spices, Balinese spiced suckling pig and many more. The fermented cassava “Colenak” from the dessert menu is also adapted from one of Indonesia’s desserts but is elevated and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and exotic soup.
Located at the edge of the Reserve valley, Sawah Terrace provides panoramic views of the majestic Ayung River, bringing “dining with nature” to the next level.
