Sabeen has launched its new menu recently, where diners can find and enjoy the real mix of Asian and International food with a twist created by the restaurant’s passionate culinary team. You can choose from selections of appetisers and salads, soups, sandwiches and burgers, and pizza and pasta.
With the new menu, Sabeen also offers the “Chef Special Creation” for those who call themselves meat lovers with choices of roasted lamb rack, BBQ pork ribs, roasted pork tenderloin, duck breast, and chicken cordon bleu. Also a special recommendation to top them off is the restaurant’s “Mini Indonesian Archipelago Sampler”, which is Sabeen’s chef’s choices of well-known Indonesian tastes in attractive presentations such as the grilled tiger prawn honey chilli sauce, spiced ground fish on lemon grass sticks, roasted and marinated chicken roll in Betutu sauce, stuffed calamari in chilli and tomato sauce, Indonesian crispy duck, mixed vegetables, and yellow and white rice accompanied by Balinese raw fish. Special dessert selections such as crème brûlée, tiramisu, triple chocolate cheese cake, cheese platter, and signature Sabeen Fallen Chocolate Cake also await to give that satisfying closure to your feast at the restaurant.
