Highlighting Pork Belly Sambal Matah, created by their Balinese chef Made Darsana, this dish can rival many flavours on the dining table. The Crispy Pork Belly is combined with a fresh Sambal Matah which consists of red chilli, onion, garlic, lemongrass, kafir lime, salt, pepper and natural coconut oil served over Jatiluwih. Soon, Meja Kitchen and Bar will release a new South East Asian menu to enrich the experience of the customer.
