At the helm of Mr Husky’s kitchen is Chef Satrya Nugraha, a winner of the TV show ‘Hell’s Kitchen Indonesia’. For his menu, Chef Satrya serves up favourite dishes from Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, focusing on authentic tastes which he discovered during his own travels to each of the regions.
