MoVida Bali, the first international outpost of the acclaimed Australian Spanish restaurant, takes even more inspiration from its island home and updates its menu to include more tropical flavours and local produce. Since opening at Katamama hotel in January 2016, MoVida Bali has impressed diners with its authentic flavours, which has made it a proven leader of Spanish cuisine in Australia, and adaptation of tropical influences. The restaurant continues this tradition with the addition of 20 new dishes inspired by Bali’s warm climates and featuring seasonal local produce.
Long-standing favourites are still on the menu, including the customer favourites Erizo and Bocadillo, but now diners have new options to explore, including Txangurro (Basque-style baked mud crab), Cordero (Pyrenees-style lamb in white wine and paprika sauce), Sardinas en Escabeche (saffron-pickled sardines), and Vieira (moon scallops, Iberico, potato foam).
