Mexican Fiesta at Seminyak Kitchen

In anticipation of the busiest time on the island, the nearly one year old Courtyard by Marriott (through the hotel’s signature Seminyak Kitchen), has prepared a range of food and beverage programmes to delight the island’s food enthusiasts. A

mong the programmes, Chef Billy Costoglou and his team of chefs will be preparing some of the most authentic Mexican dishes in Seminyak in the weekly “Mexican Fiesta” dinner buffet. Every Thursday, Seminyak Kitchen will be turned into a little cantina featuring an all-you-can-eat Mexican buffet and make-your-own Burrito/Taco/Quesadilla live station. From 6.30 – 9.30pm.
