Throughout this month, Mulia Bali is taking you on an exciting culinary journey with the resort’s signature Mediterranean and Pan-Asian restaurant at Soleil, to Oriental tastes of Cantonese and Szechuan at Table8, and an International Gastronomic experience at The Cafe, as well as an abundance of additional scrumptious choices.
The resort’s Edogin has prepared live Grouper that will deliver the delicate textures of extremely fresh seafood together with Mulia’s Japanese chef’s signature recipes. A must-try is the braised grouper with vegetables or the steamed grouper Saka Mushi. You can also join Table8 to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival with traditional sticky rice dumpling delicacy and the classic flavour such as spicy chicken or try the chef’s signature red bean paste. If you still have room to spare, and to welcome summer at the resort’s open-air Sky Bar, you can carry on and savour the Indian Ocean breeze with Panzerotti, a delicacy from the Apulia region of southern Italy, that goes with varieties of spicy salami, tomato and mozzarella or the must-try eggplant, tomato, anchovy, mozzarella.
