Spectacular cliff top restaurant Ju-Ma-Na, at the beautiful Banyan Tree Ungasan Bali, will soon host Michelin Star Chef, Christophe Schmitt of “Le Diane Restaurant” at Hotel Fouquet’s Barriere in Paris.

From August 16th until August 24th, guests of Ju-Ma-Na will be treated to a special degustation menu and a-la carte dishes courtesy of “Le Taittinger prix Culinaire” winning Chef Schmitt, in collaboration with the culinary team at Ju-Ma-Na.

With a wide repertoire of dishes, ranging from entrees such as “Scallops, truffled potato, crispy potimarron and winter squash,” to desserts like “Crispy Strawberry and coconut tube, vanilla mousse and strawberry sorbet,” it looks like diners are in for a real treat.

Chef Schmitt too is excited about the prospect of cooking at Ju-Ma-Na, commenting, “Cooking at Ju-Ma-Na is a great honour. I look forward to delivering my taste and vision of French cuisine to magnify the local produce from Bali”.
