He was instrumental in the initial set up and branding of the resort’s Petani Restaurant that has earned acknowledgement as one of Ubud’s most popular restaurants. In pursuing excellence in every angle of food and warm hospitality service, he translates the meaning of “Joie de Vivre” into the highest level of satisfaction in every plate served, and convenience in design – diners can feel it they step in to Petani’s rustic porte cochère.
