The Legian’s Four-Hands Dinner with Raymond Capaldi

The Legian Bali, once again, is becoming a host to some of the world’s most revered chefs. On the coming 18th of November, the celebrated Scottish-born, Melbourne-based Chef Raymond Capaldi, will join The Legian Bali’s Executive Chef, Luke Macleod, on a spectacular journey of mind-blowing flavours and visual enchantment through a five-course, wine pairing epicurean delight.

With such a long standing history of international achievements, the incredible partnership of Raymond Capaldi’s forward thinking combinations and Luke Macleod’s sophistication will no doubt lend a unique spin to The Legian Bali’s “Four Hands” accolade, which beginning next year will have become an intriguing quarterly affair. This unique combination promises an exciting journey of multi-sensory encounters that are both sophisticated and a joy to experience.

Chef Raymond Capaldi is perhaps best known for being the founder and Executive Chef of Hare & Grace Melbourne, as well as the founder of the Sofitel Cooking Academy in the 90’s. Focusing on molecular gastronomy, as one of the pioneers in this field of cuisine, he is set to put something special onto the tables at The Legian Bali.

5-Courses wine pairing dinner at IDR 1,500,000 ++ per person. Starts 6.30pm onwards.
