Ryan Clift, an award-winning chef based in Singapore and the owner of the famed Tippling Club, Open Door Policy, Open Farm Community and Ding Dong is all set to launch his new culinary project in Bali this January. Targeting the new venture as a starting point of implementing his vision on the island, Ryan has named the exciting project, Grow.
Set to be established at the restyled L Hotel, Grow will promote local produce. Ryan focuses on developing a sustainable business model together with local entrepreneurs and farmers. This new gastronomic destination will offer an all-day dining experience and a dynamic menu based on available produce, including healthy eating options, lots of greens, rustic handmade pastas, salads and fresh soups. It is another addition to his list of successes and an affirming demonstration of his ingredient based approach to cooking.
