Having a history of involvement in sport and fitness, Karma launches its first #karmawellnessweek at all Karma Resorts around the globe. This 3, 5, 7 and 10-night Karma Fitness & Spa Week programmes run from Friday 13th to Sunday 22nd of April 2018 and includes complimentary daily fitness sessions, massive discounts on all Karma Spa massages, plus healthy cuisine, pop-up juice and smoothie bars all week.
In Bali, the fitness programmes during the week at both Karma Kandara and Karma Jimbaran include daily yoga and pilates sessions, beach boot-camp, HIT (high-intensity training), power walks, Aqua Zumba, aqua fitness, Muay Thai boxing and more. Only available at Karma Kandara, guests can also add on stand-up-paddle boarding personal training sessions and fitness assessments, and even better, members of the England Rugby Sevens team will be conducting spontaneous fitness sessions. With pop-up healthy cooking classes and juice-making workshops, as well as workshops on nutrition, fitness and Ayurveda, the Karma Wellness Week is not only about getting well, but also community and connection.
