From 16 June to 31 July 2015, The Long Rice Table at The Stones Hotel Kuta will feature delicious dishes from this region’s cuisines, including: Ayam panggang madu Klaten, Krengsengan Sapi Surabaya, Gudeg Jogjakarta and much more, including some traditional desserts for those with a serious sweet tooth! The Long Rice Table is where authentic Indonesian dishes are served at The Stones, in a casual atmosphere with a distinctly modern yet Indonesian atmosphere. Rijsttafel, the Dutch – Indonesian tradition of sharing indigenous tapas-style dishes takes centre stage as the house specialty here.
