Montigo Resorts in Seminyak has added something new to its restaurant’s menu, Tiigo. Created by the resort’s Chef Ali Harun, the new menu reflects the chefs 27 years of culinary experience that is shown through the impeccable, artistic presentation and flavours.
Diners will be taken on a gourmet journey of Chef’s Ali new creations such as Hiyashi Somen on Ice, Herbed Crusted Lamb Loin, Hand Dived Sea Scallops, TIIGO Martini, Lemon Rosemary Sorbet and Beef Fillet with Foie Gras. Those with a sweet tooth may also savour from Montigo patissieres at the dessert stations as pastry chefs meticulously prepare a variety of innovative creations such as the Chocolate Decadence, Trio Panna Cotta and Strawberry Shortcake helmed by Chef Ali. Featuring a circuit of live culinary stations serving Balinese classics, sizzling grilled seafood and meats, western creations, sushi and desserts, TIIGO is the premier restaurant of the newly-opened Montigo Resorts, Seminyak. Nestled beside a 30-metre pool, the restaurant is open to serve breakfast, lunch, snacks, tapas and dinner.
