This month at Alila Seminyak, the chosen libation of learned diners will once again flow readily into glasses at The Restaurant. After the success of their first Champagne dinner, the beachfront eatery of this popular lifestyle resort returns with another Alila Seminyak Wine Dinner, this time featuring the sumptuous wines of Frankland Estate, on Wednesday 26 October 2016.
This exquisite dinner will feature five-courses crafted by Executive Chef Stefan Zitja and his culinary team, who work hard behind the open-concept kitchen of The Restaurant.

The menu has been made to match the very particular palate of Frankland Estate wines. For those who don’t know too much about this special winery, Frankland Estate is from Western Australia. What makes this particular winery intriguingly different is its philosophy; in a true humility, they believe that the wine’s flavour should reflect not the winemaker, but the milieu in which the grapes were grown in.
This is for good reason, as the estate is found tucked away in a region 250 km away from Margaret River, in a place aptly named Isolation Ridge, where the various grapes soak up the flavours of the favourably different soils and a range of climates. Together with their commitments to organic farming and viticulture, what finally flows into your glass is a wine that tastefully and accurately represents its home. Rich, flavourful and unique.
These flavours will no doubt be matched by the cooking creativity of Chef Stefan Zitja to create a spectacular duet in the palates of the evening’s gourmands. Don’t miss out on what is set to be a spectacular experience, the Frankland Estate Wine Dinner at Alila Seminyak.
