This 10 December 2017, CasCades Restaurant, renowned fine dining restaurant in Ubud, will be hosting a special dinner featuring guest chef Piet Huysentruyt.
If you know anything about European fine dining then you have heard of Piet Huysentruyt. From owning a Michelin restaurant, to being a TV cooking superstar and author of 5 best-selling cookbooks; Chef Piet does it all.
Whether you’re a big fan of Chef Piet or if you’re simply a lover of delicious dishes, you’ll certainly want to see what he has cooking in this Four Hand chef’s collaboration dinner at CasCades. His food remains deeply rooted in souther France traditions, staying connected to local terroir products, like those seen at his Michelin-starred restaurant, Likoké. This Likoké concept is being brought around the world, to Africa and to Asia, with CasCades restaurant at the Viceroy Bali being one of the privileged stops.
Together with Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeeken, whose fine skills are a combination of classical cooking techniques and knowledge of local flavours, the two chefs are surely going to create a special dining experience you will not want to miss.
