On Friday 5 July, The St. Regis Bali will host another remarkable dining experience at Kayuputi Restaurant with the world’s most celebrated wines from the Loire Valley, The House of Pascal Jolivet.  The evening will kick off with a cocktail and canapé reception at Kayuputi Champagne Bar at 7:00pm, followed by an exceptional 6 course degustation dinner menu at 7:30pm by Chef de Cuisine Chef Agung Gede.

Hand-crafted courses will include “Tartar of Yellow Fin Tuna,” “Quick-seared Sauvignon Blanc brined Veal Fillet,” and “Medallion of Octopus”. 

To round off this sophisticated dining experience, every course will be paired with elegant vintages of fresh, fruity and crisp wines of the House of Pascal Jolivet presented by award winning German sommelier, Harald Wiesmann together with Mr. Clément Malochet, Export Director of Pascal Jolivet wines.

Dinner including wines is at Rp. 1.500.000 net per person.
