Announcing the third restaurant, Jonathan Russell brings the groove of urban space back in Ubud. With its wood-fired modern Italian food, coffee salon and Uncle Tony’s homemade limoncello, the restaurant is designed in such a way that it resonates a comfortable and intimate ambience. The ground floor entrance leads to an intimate coffee salon, perfect spot for a working space or a nice chat with friends over an espresso. The upper level is the restaurant, and you will be greeted with a big pizza oven. Providing a new destination in Ubud, featuring an interior mix of Gaya Ceramics and ALLCAPS street artists, DUMBO bali offers vegetarian and modern Italian food in a casual way. The menu features dishes like Fennel Polpette with Pomodoro Sauce and Spinach Gnocchi; Parmesan Crumbed Mushrooms with Lemon and Aioli; Roasted Broccolini and Brussel Sprouts; Panzanella with Fennel and Orange and a Black Rice Brûlée. All of those are made using sustainable and clean ingredients.
