It begins with your sense of smell, the lemongrass and frangipani aroma that fills the rooms aims to relax you with every breath. The Spa Tea Collection, with teas ranging form Ginger Green tea, Sench Tea and Herbal Energizing Tea, targeting the sense of taste, aims to ease the body from the inside.
The spa’s uplifting choice of music helps to rest the mind through the treatments and the Nusa Dua beach and the Yhi Spa Garden provide wonderful views to enjoy as well.
Although, it is the sense of touch that people look for when going to the spa, and Yhi Spa has a range of treatments for you to indulge in. An hours reflexology session in the garden is a great way to begin. Some favourites include the YHI Balinese Massage, which combines therapeutic ritual and tradition; the YHI Signature Massage, blending several techniques including Swedish, Thai and Lomi-Lomi. One-hour long Head, Scalp and Neck Massages are also available.
