Following the official announcement by the Ministry of Tourism recently on five national dishes of Indonesia, Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach has launched a special promotion featuring its take on the iconic dishes. The five dishes are Beef Rendang, Gado-Gado, NasiGoreng, Soto Lamongan and Sate, and these will be showcased during breakfast at the Grand Benoa Resto, along with the Indonesian traditional herbal drink, Jamu. During the time of promotion, guests can enjoy any of these dishes for lunch or dinner at Bali Luna at a special price. The Executive Chef makes sure to keep the dishes as authentic as they can with the use of traditional spices, herbs and cooking methods. He wants to highlight that the use of locally selected ingredients will enhance the taste. The calorie information per portion will also be added to each dish.
