The St. Regis Bali Resort proudly presents an extraordinary evening of wine and dine featuring the legendary Cristal Champagnes and premium caviar on Friday, 5 June 2015. Orchestrated at the inimitable Kayuputi restaurant, this unprecedented event will see the House of Louis Roederer showcasing their most distinctive Cristal vintages, whilst the refined Culinary Team hand-craft noteworthy dishes for a night to remember.

Food and wine aficionados will be delighted with an exhibit of six celebrated Louis Roederer vintages, including the prestigious Cristal Brut 2005 & 2006, as well as Cristal Brut Magnum 2006. The crown jewel of the House of Louis Roederer, Cristal was conjured in 1876 for Tsar Alexander II. Produced uniquely during the best years, when the Chardonnay and Pinot noir grapes have attained perfect maturity, Cristal is aged for 6 years in Louis Roederer’s cellars and left for a further 8 months after dégorgement. A true embodiment of subtlety and precision, Cristal is a remarkably balanced and refined champagne that is synonymous with world greats ever since.

To curate truly magical moments on the palate, these delectable vintages will be complemented distinctively with five different types of the finest Sturia caviar from Vintage, Premiur, Origin, Prestige and Oscietra. The unrivaled evening of gastronomic excellence is masterfully matched by a six-course menu specially created by Chef de Cuisine, Ketut Gunatika, under the guidance of Chef Agung Gede, and will feature artisanal creations with oyster, Boston lobster, foie gras and Sun Hock fish.

The unprecedented culinary journey will be curated by Kayuputi chief sommelier, Harald Wiesmann, and expertly co-hosted by Mr. Michel Janneau, Vice President of Louis Roederer.

This bespoke event will begin with champagne and aperitifs from 7 PM at Kayuputi Bar. Limited seats are available for this exclusive event. The six-course degustation menu with wine pairing is priced at Rp. 3.800.000 net per person.
